Prior to acquisition our client instructed us to survey an industrial estate on the edge of Milton Keynes. The estate is sizable, extending to approximately 560,000sqft, and comprises 74 industrial units in 18 separate blocks.

Timescales were tight, however, due to our extensive network of offices, we were able to assemble a large team and complete our inspections within just a few days, followed shortly afterwards by the production of an executive summary for each property. This enabled us to

highlight issues that required further investigation at an early stage and for those issues to be addressed prior to the production of our final reports. Our reports also included costings to assist our client in the assessment of the level of
|

any likely dilapidations in respect of vacant units and in capital expenditure anticipated elsewhere on the estate.
