Malcolm Hollis wins at the Grafters Awards 2018

Malcolm Hollis is very pleased to announce that we won two awards at the Grafters Awards last night – Best Chartered Surveyors and Refurbishment Project of the Year.

The refurbishment project we put forward for the award is Building 4M, Ground Transport Interchange – a six-storey landmark office at the entrance of Manchester Airport. Our team in Manchester provided dilapidations advice, project management, M&E, CDM, Energy and Sustainability and Measured Surveys services to our client MAG Property.

The Grafters Awards celebrate the very best companies and individuals in construction & property in the North West and we’re delighted to have been recognised as one of the best in the region.
