With substantial collective experience, the Malcolm Hollis team of M&E engineers offer a comprehensive range of services spanning the whole life cycle of a building.

With over 200 years of experience between them, the Malcolm Hollis M&E team have experience of working with building services at all stages including concept, feasibility, design, construction, operation, maintenance, trouble-shooting, refurbishment, disposal and acquisition.

We offer bespoke, sustainable design solutions and expert, strategic advice on the operation, maintenance and enhancement of the engineering assets of anything from a single building to large property portfolios, spanning across all property sectors.  Our in-house team includes Chartered Engineers (UK, European and International), Low Carbon Consultants, Dilapidations Specialists, Air Conditioning Inspectors and Facilities Experts.

Having an in-house M&E team working in tandem with our building surveyors and our environmental team ensures that our advice is fully integrated: this is particularly important as regards energy and sustainability issues. This works in many areas including dilapidations (since the majority of claims feature a significant M&E element), building surveys and refurbishment projects.

We also work with building operators, managing their maintenance regimes and undertaking Energy Studies, Air Conditioning Inspections and R22 Consultancy.
