What I do

I started my career with Malcolm Hollis in Leeds in 2002.  Since then I have undertaken a wide variety of work from surveys and dilapidations through to project work.  Nowadays, I tend to focus more on providing technical due diligence survey advice to clients covering a wide range of properties from industrial estates and high street retail units, through to offices and shopping centres.  I also work as part of our specialist reinstatement cost assessment team.

I head up our schedules of condition service, regularly producing commercial advice on a variety of properties to limit repairing obligations. I am directly involved with this type of work for one of the UK’s largest kitchen manufacturers, which is a role I particularly enjoy.

Who I am

In my spare time I enjoy cycling and running. My biggest passion though is for motor sport, in particular Formula 1.
