Luke Molyneux

Partner | Cambridge

I am a Partner, in charge of the Cambridge office and specialise in Dilapidations and Project Management.

What I do

I joined Malcolm Hollis as a graduate in 2005, and have previously worked in our London and Birmingham offices.  In early 2015, I moved to Cambridge to open our office here.

I have experience in all core building surveying areas, but I specialise in dilapidations and project management.  I act for various local and national clients, including a large number of UK property funds.

I am an APC counsellor and APC assessor, and was responsible for the training and development of many graduates during my time in the Birmingham office.  I take a particularly keen interest in assisting graduates achieve their MRICS status.

Who I am

Away from work, I have two young children, a girl and a boy, both of whom are a (enjoyable) handful!  I am a very keen sportsman / watcher, with a particular fondness for golf, cricket and football. I used to enjoy watching Man United win a lot, but that doesn’t happen as much these days!
