Richard Morris

Associate | Nottingham

I am an Associate based in the Nottingham office.

What I do

I joined Malcolm Hollis as a graduate in 2013, and have previously worked in both our Birmingham and Cambridge offices.  In 2017, I moved to Nottingham to head up and manage our surveying team here.

I have experience in all core aspects of commercial and residential building surveying including landlord & tenant disputes, building pathology, project services and technical due diligence, although I primarily specialise in dilapidations. I act for various local and national clients in both a landlord and tenant capacity.

I am an APC counsellor and enjoy training and developing our talented graduates to achieve their MRICS status.

Who I am

When I’m not at work, I’m generally involved in home improvement/renovation projects and enjoy a beer or two (when the tools are down). When time permits, I also enjoy playing football, skiing, swimming and rock climbing.
