Stephen Lemmon

Partner | London

I am responsible for our London City office and I head up our in-house Mechanical and Electrical engineering team.

What I do

I established the M&E team when I joined in 2007. Since then, the team has grown to provide a European service on design and project work, dilapidations, technical due diligence , lift consultancy and maintenance management. The team are based in key office locations in the UK as well as in Dublin and Madrid.

I tend to specialise in dilapidations and technical due diligence and regularly write articles and present on the latest M&E hot topics.

Who I am

I am a bit of a petrol head and enjoy driving through mountain passes, on track days and karting. To contrast this I also enjoy sailing and racing dinghies when I can find a moment as I coach the juniors at my local club. I also try and compete on bigger boats at the Seaview Regatta and Cowes Week. At home I am kept busy with two young daughters who are starting to spend more time on the water than me! If we are not on a boat, you may well spot us cycling through a forest on a family trail or out in the countryside under canvas.
