Audit and compliance

Our dedicated audit and compliance team encourage an environment of continual improvement whilst challenging processes and procedures to drive these improvements forward, or to seek out better ways of delivering our business.  Our team is committed to testing the business beyond the realms of our current ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 accreditations, whilst we ensure quality is delivered through all aspects of our business.

Digital transformation

It’s an exciting time to be part of the digital transformation team, as we prepare Hollis for a bright future. The team is fanatical about innovating to give our people and clients better experiences, by delivering IT support, infrastructure, software development and programme management from its own innovation hub in Nottingham. You’ll be based in state-of-the-art offices with the latest Microsoft stack including C#, Power BI and Azure. As part of the team you’ll get to work on a great range of tasks, helping keep everything running smoothly day-to-day, while also supporting large-scale transformation projects.

Facilities and premises 

We have the facilities team to thank for much of what makes Hollis client care so special. The team looks after 23 offices across the UK and mainland Europe, working collaboratively to make sure everyone experiences the best possible working environment whilst committed to working towards our net zero goals. The work can include managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring compliance, tracking energy consumption and supporting our sustainability goals. This is a happy, forward-thinking team that’s always looking for the better way.

Finance

Our friendly and energetic finance team looks after all our financial functions from its base in South London, making sure everything is up to date and providing expert advice on risk and financial interests. The team looks after reporting and analysis to Directors, liaises with clients and suppliers, and oversees compliance with tax laws and regulations. As part of the team you can get involved with credit control, management accounts, purchase ledger and a whole range of projects, with plenty of opportunities to progress your career.

Marketing, business development and events

This team exists to make sure we keep growing and find new ways to excel. Everyone in the team shares a strong commitment to our brand and an appetite for discovering new opportunities for Hollis. It’s a wonderfully varied team: on any day they could be delivering marketing campaigns, organising and hosting some fantastic events, coordinating tenders and pitches to clients, managing our CRM or undertaking market research. The team has two further very important responsibilities: our summer training fun day and Winter parties…

People and culture

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and the people and culture team exists to make sure Hollis remains a truly great place to work. You’ll experience a wide range of work, from our Wellbeing initiatives to helping colleagues with career development or tackling life’s ups and downs. The team has a deep understanding of the way Hollis works and plays a key part in making sure everyone has the right skills and tools for their role, is able to achieve their best and is properly rewarded. Business support

Our business support team is the secret behind the consistently excellent service our clients and everyone at Hollis has come to expect. It’s a professional, efficient and close-knit unit with a broad skill set spanning administration, secretarial and PA. The team is mostly based in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, but supports all offices. You’ll find plenty of opportunities for progression, with well-structured career pathways and a training buddy to work with you from the start.
