Apprenticeship Scheme

Send us your CV

Supporting and nurturing the next generation of budding Building Surveyors has always been a priority for us and, with a well-established commitment to graduate progression already in place, we felt that an Apprenticeship Scheme was the next logical step to make in that commitment.

Launched in September 2016, the scheme offers a route to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor, combining formal training with on the job learning and the opportunity to work alongside senior surveyors, many of whom are recognised experts in their fields. Our apprentices gain all this without the debt of university!

Apprentices work towards either a Level 3 Surveying Technician Diploma Apprenticeship (5 GCSE’s A-C required) or a Level 6 Building Surveying Degree Apprenticeship (A-Levels required). During the Level 3 Apprenticeship you will also be working towards Associate Membership of RICS, which is a professional accreditation and a step toward full chartered status, which you would work towards in the final 2 years of the Level 6 Apprenticeship. The scheme provides you with an excellent opportunity to not only follow your chosen career path, but to earn a salary at the same time. You will spend 20% of your time at college/university and the remainder of your time in the office, putting what you’ve learnt into practice.

If you like what you read then we would love to hear from you. Applications for our Level 6 programme will be open until 31 October, with interviews taking place throughout November and December.
