Best Places to Work in Property 2019

News | May 15, 2019

For the third year running Malcolm Hollis is proud to be included in Property Week’s list of Best Places to Work in Property 2019. We were amongst the attendees at the Property Awards ceremony on 24 April at Grosvenor House, London.

The weekly property magazine carried out in-depth research in order to single out 42 firms as the best employers in the real estate sector. Property Week commissioned Best Companies Group as independent analysts to carry out a rigorous two-part selection process involving surveys of not only the employers but also staff at each company who took part.

What made us stand out?

Benefits at Malcolm Hollis are tailored to the needs of individual staff depending on their personal circumstances and which of the four generations of employees at the company they fall into.

For instance, the company offers financial education for graduates who are paying off loans, different benefits for middle-aged staff and support for those thinking of retiring in 10 or so years’ time.

It also offers defined and structured career paths for staff with promotion criteria at each level, from graduate to partner, as well as long-service gifts including flowers and Champagne.
