Malcolm Hollis March Recruits

Malcolm Hollis is delighted to announce three new appointments.  A warm welcome to all that have joined, all of which are detailed below:

Mike Lindlahr joined the energy and sustainability team as a sustainability consultant at the Birmingham office. He is responsible for commercial energy assessments and the review of existing energy performance certificates. Mike has experience in a range of sustainability assessments and consultancy work, such as display energy certificates (DECs), domestic energy assessments, the building research establishment environmental assessment method (BREEAM) and energy savings opportunity scheme (ESOS) assessments.

Ian Bellamy joined the Manchester office as a building surveyor from Equity Housing Group, where he worked as an asset data officer whilst studying for his building surveying degree at The University of Salford.

Neil Smith joined the Glasgow office as building surveyor. He has substantial knowledge of the construction and property industry having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in building surveying. Neil joins from Shepard Chartered Surveyors and is hoping to become a chartered surveyor by the end of the year.
