Whilst we are known for our commercial work we are also very active in the residential sector, offering clients an extensive range of residential sector building surveying services.

Our commercial expertise is just as relevant in the residential sector.  Over the years we have considerably broadened the work we do in this sector and we now offer residential sector expertise and services across our nationwide network of UK offices.

We work in a number of areas in the acquisition, maintenance and development (and development funding) of residential sector property:

  • Build to Rent
  • New build housing development
  • Housing association development
  • Student Living
  • Assisting private, High-Net-Worth individuals investing in/improving prime residential property

The diverse nature of residential sector work and the range of clients with whom we work has demanded the development of a large number of residential sector focused services.

Our Technical Due Diligence (TDD) services (building survey and defects analysis services) are often coupled with other services such as Environmental Consultancy , reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs), M&E consultancy and input from our Energy and Sustainability team on EPCs and energy efficient design.
