Partner | London
I am a Partner based in our London City office and am responsible for our Dilapidations and Tenant Alterations Services
What I do
I started my career at Malcolm Hollis as a graduate in our Battersea office in 2007. Since then I have been involved in all types of commercial building surveying across London, the South East and even Europe. More recently I have concentrated on the delivery of our tenant alterations and dilapidations services, acting for a number of fund and private property companies, as well as numerous occupiers. My experience has seen me attend several mediations, provide Expert reports and even appear as an Expert in property hearings.
I assist with our in-house training and APC programme for graduates and I am an active member of the RICS’s accredited APC assessor pool for building surveying.
I am also heavily involved in client relations and business development acting as key client contact to a number of large funds and property companies.
Who I am
Sadly my passion for property does not end when I leave the office! I am often found trawling through Rightmove looking at what’s available in the residential market.
When life allows it, I also love sport and whilst I talk a good game in almost all forms of sport, unfortunately my ability always seems to lag behind slightly. However, despite this, I do partake in a large variety of sport ranging from skiing to dodgeball to triathlons! I am also the dictionary definition of a fair weather golfer.
