Partner | London
I am a Partner based in the London City office, specialising in Project Management.
What I do
I began my career in Building Surveying after I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 1998 and based myself in London for 6 years. In 2004 I fancied a change and moved back to Liverpool, where I coincidentally met my now wife, who is from Surrey. After 7 happy years in the North West and with a growing family, we decided to move back to the South. I joined Malcolm Hollis in 2011 and am based in the London City office.
I have over 19 years’ core experience in technical due diligence, dilapidations and project management across all sectors but I have specialised in project management since joining Malcolm Hollis. I have worked on individual projects with values up to £24m and have had roles within multi-site schemes with values up to £100m for the office, industrial, retail, education, private healthcare and leisure commercial sectors, as well as public sector developments such as Social Housing and NHS.
I am an APC Counsellor and I take a particularly keen interest in training and assisting graduates.
Who I am
As a father of three young boys, I have a full on family life and you can frequently find me climbing trees and building dens at the weekend. I also enjoy DIY (major house renovation), skiing and swimming.
