M&E Engineers

Send us your CV

Do you want to be a small cog in a large design firm?  Or do you want to play a crucial role in an independent, commercially minded, sociable team?  Our expanding engineering services team has nationwide and international coverage and undertakes dilapidations studies, condition reports, full design, specification and computer modelling on all types of commercial properties.

We offer you a tailor-made career.  At Malcolm Hollis, you can choose to join the design team and concentrate on project work, or you can join the multi-skilled team and carry out condition surveys and dilapidations studies.  However, we are flexible so if you prefer, you can do a bit of both!

They say variety is the spice of life; we have a variety of clients and we work for the decision makers, learning why they are making investment and asset management decisions so we can tailor our technical advice or project to suit. We are very well-known for our commercial advice, we work on a variety of building types including offices, industrial and residential, and we work on a variety of instructions such as new build designs, refurbishments, plant replacement projects, large portfolio surveys, high end residential work and troubleshooting problem installations.

All our engineers are involved in business development in some way, from coffees, lunches and client drinks to golf days, sailing, dodgeball and football matches.

Career and personal progression are important at Malcolm Hollis and we have a proven track record for developing engineers and allowing them to progress to senior positions within the company.  We have developed a structured training programme, accredited by CIBSE. This assists our engineers to successfully achieve IEng, CEng and European chartered engineer professional qualifications.
