The Business Support team works cohesively to ensure the provision of an excellent and consistent service to our colleagues. We are a professional, highly skilled and efficient team who have a broad skill set and hold varied roles – administration, secretarial and PA – no two days are the same! We have a great team ethic and whilst the majority of us are based in our two London offices, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, we support all offices. Providing opportunities for progression is important to you and to us so we offer a clear structure, career progression path and a training buddy to work alongside you from the outset.
We are a friendly bunch based in sunny Battersea made up of Credit Control, Management Accounts, Purchase Ledger and Projects. We look after the financial functions of Malcolm Hollis by providing financial reporting and analysis to the partners, liaising with clients and suppliers and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. In short, we make sure the books are up to date and use our expertise to advise on risk and the financial interests of the business.

Marketing, Business Development and Events
Very simply, we exist to help Malcolm Hollis grow and succeed. As a team, we work hard to protect, maintain and maximise our brand profile and enable the business to win more work. How? By delivering marketing campaigns, organising and hosting memorable and informative events, coordinating tenders and pitches to clients, managing our CRM to drive our sales strategy and undertaking market research to ensure we stay ahead of the pack. We also hold the ‘key’ to our staff Summer Training Day and Christmas Parties!
We in Facilities keep “excellent client care” at the heart of everything we do: we look after 23 offices across the UK and Europe and work closely with the wider business to ensure the environment is comfortable and well-maintained for everyone. This includes managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, tracking energy consumption and supporting Malcolm Hollis’ sustainability goals. We are pro-active and love to go the extra mile, always with a smile on our face. We make an impact with everything we do and in lots of different ways. It’s a fantastic time to join us as there is a real opportunity to shape the way we manage our portfolio and optimise our processes whilst developing new skills in FM.
Business Technology & Transformation
We are passionate about harnessing new technologies to improve our employees’ and clients’ experience and are proud to have our own in-house innovation hub in Nottingham who deliver IT support, infrastructure, software development and programme management to the rest of Malcolm Hollis. We work from a brand spanking new office with the latest Microsoft stack including C#, Power BI and Azure. As well as looking after all the various bits of kit and software which keep the company running smoothly, we are working on a number of large-scale transformation projects across the company so this is a really exciting time to join the team.
